Get on the phone to the airline’s reservation desk. Then while on hold, go get in the line (usually long) to personally talk to the agent behind the counter.
Why call first? There is a good chance the agent on the phone will be faster than waiting in line for the agent behind the counter. Once you have new flights, get out of line.
I’ve done this many times and it’s almost always faster to call than waiting at the counter.
