I recently passed through LHR (London Heathrow airport) twice during a two week trip to Europe. Both times, I waited over an hour to clear customs. I was not happy.
Apparently, Alex Cruz CEO of British Airways agrees with me. He sent a letter to the London Times which was recently published. He said the current situation is unacceptable and must improve.
